IT Project Relationship Manager - Contract

This is a key role reporting to the Executive: Strategic Services

Job Purpose:

The IT Project Relationship Manager will facilitate initiatives between SABRIC Member Banks and external organizations through supporting new and existing implementations, reporting and issue management.  The IT Project Relationship Manager will play a key role in building and enhancing relationships.  

Qualifications

  • Project Management qualification   
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business. Finance, marketing, management or a similar area
  • Proven track record of managing IT projects

Experience

  • Experience in working with the banking industry
  • 5 years Project Management or Team management experience
  • Proven track record of managing IT projects

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • IT systems development and support
  • Project Management principles and practices Implementation and management of Legal agreements
  • Managing relationships
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and build relationships with SABRIC members and external organizations and act as trusted advisor who understands their needs and requirements.

Facilitation by:

  • Supporting existing implementations at SABRIC Member Banks
  • Supporting new implementations by SABRIC Member Banks
  • Coordinating requests relating to the current or new Services
  • Compiling and maintaining documentation in support of usage of the Services

Reporting to Governing Forums

  • Monthly usage statistics
  • Progress reporting to the Governing Forums

Issue Management

  • Identify issues that become evident during facilitation and reporting
  • Facilitate issues and escalate within structure when necessary

Service / Process improvement

Identify / support / facilitate the options / opportunities that may exist of improving usage of all Services

Working Conditions:

Must have a vehicle and driver’s license.  Under normal operating conditions, this role will work to the usual organizational policies and norms.  Facilitate working from home given that remote working will be required from time to time.  Able to work extended hours when required.
